John Cleat
John was born and brought up in Gourock both his father and grandfather were local GP’s.
John graduated from Dundee University in 1983 with a BSc.Hons. in Medical Microbiology. He subsequently became interested in osteopathy and joined the British School of Osteopathy, graduating in 1988 on completion of the four year course. He returned to Inverclyde to practice initially from Brougham Street in Greenock for ten years before moving to 13 Union Street in 1997.
The General Osteopathic Council GOsC is the governing body for osteopathic practice and training in the UK. John is a member of the GOsC register and practices according to a strict code of practice as set out by the council. He has full public liability Insurance and professional indemnity insurance. John has an exemplary professional conduct and competence record.
Michael Brown
Michael studied at British College of Osteopathic Medicine for 4 years. His treatment plans frequently integrate nutritional elements to maximise the benefits to the client.
Joanna Cram
Joanna also studied at British College of Osteopathic Medicine for 4 years. She considers nutrition an inportant factor in the overall health of clients and integrates modern Osteopathic theory with classical teachings in her treatment approach.
Practice Support Staff
Reception and administrative duties are shared between Doreen and Moira. They all bring a professional but friendly and caring attitude to their job and make patients feel welcome and well looked after.
